Some proven recruitment/sales related skills are highly beneficial but not compulsory to be considered hereYou'll be involved in 360 end to end exciting, tech recruitment Trained to be a high level proactive head hunter, taking expert ownership of your own entrepreneurial desk. You'll source, screen, set up job interviews, negotiate & close job offers for mid-senior level specialist IT professionals. Statistically the commission you receive is significantly higher than a generic recruitment roleYou'll follow a clear meritocratic career plan to fairly progress asap, based on performance not luck or company capacity.
