Marketing Director at Page Executive Overview We're looking for a strategic and innovative Marketing Director to shape the future of a successful B2C investment business. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, drive lead generation at scale, and influence the marketing vision at board level. You'll have the freedom to innovate, manage significant budgets, and make a measurable impact on business growth. Responsibilities Define and lead the marketing strategy with a clear focus on lead generation, conversion, and brand growth. Drive performance across all channels; SEO, PPC, social, email, portals, webinars, and more. Lead and inspire the marketing team, setting KPIs, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align objectives and support conversion. Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI and ensure cost efficiency. Champion brand positioning and creative direction, ensuring consistency and impact. Report on lead generation and campaign performance to the Board/C-Suite. Introduce innovation and new technologies to strengthen marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Director-level experience leading marketing strategy with a clear focus on lead generation and conversion. Advanced knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and performance optimisation. Success in managing large budgets and delivering strong ROI. Commercial awareness and insight into market dynamics and customer behaviour. Expertise in marketing best practices, compliance, and legal frameworks (GDPR). Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar. Strong leadership skills with experience building and coaching high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills, exceptional written English, and a keen eye for brand aesthetics. Experience in investment or financial products is an advantage but not essential. Location & Commitment Based in the North West England and comfortable working 3-4 days per week at HQ.
