Job Details Job Title: Client Growth Associate Salary: £29,460 Location: Basildon or Leeds Hours: Full-time Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week (or 40% of time) at an office site. Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in providing tailored customer solutions and supporting clients in achieving their business goals. Primarily support inbound line, handling calls related to rate reviews or account closures; proactively reach out to existing merchants for reviews and new contract positioning. Analyse data and customer insights to uncover trigger points such as early attrition, dynamic pricing, anniversary moments, terminal contract renewal, and other relationship metrics to address additional customer needs. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to devise and deliver winning strategies based on data insight, deploying new strategies in a test‑and‑learn environment. What You’ll Need Proven experience in a client‑facing role, preferably within a growth or business development team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Ability to understand and address client needs with tailored solutions. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and results‑driven attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service. A good understanding of merchant services, which will enable you to provide exceptional support and insights.
