Required for February 2026, full‑time, fixed term maternity cover until March 2027. Cundall Manor School is an independent co‑educational school for pupils aged 2‑16, located in a beautiful rural landscape near the North Yorkshire moors. It has excellent transport links by road with York, Harrogate, Ripon and Thirsk. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate teacher of Drama to teach from Years 7 to 11 and to lead school productions. The role requires someone with a genuine passion for Drama and a desire to inspire this in others. Experience and demonstrable competence in successfully delivering the subject at GCSE is essential. Candidates will have a firm grasp of curricular developments, inspire high standards, have a warm approach, and will be keen for wider involvement in the school’s rich co‑curricular programme. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others, including students, colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
