Job Description Our client is a highly successful asbestos consultancy providing a wide range of asbestos services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team and are looking for someone based in and around the Aberystwyth area. The ideal applicant will hold the P402/3/4 certificates and will possess excellent industry knowledge gained through working within an asbestos surveying role. They will consider applications from Llanilar, Tregaron, Ponterwyd, Tywyn and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience Attained the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification. Experience of working in a surveying/analyst role within the asbestos sector. Excellent communication skills. Must be fully conversant with asbestos Health & Safety legislation. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. Role Carrying out background, leak, reassurance, 4‑stage clearances, re‑occupation, visual and personal air testing. Undertake Asbestos Management, Demolition/Refurbishment surveys on properties including commercial and industrial. Oversee contractors on site ensuring that they comply with asbestos health & safety and company procedures. Collate and produce asbestos reports.
