We are seeking an entrepreneurial and performance‑driven Amazon, Marketplaces and Digital Key Account Manager. As our EMEA lead, you'll drive category share growth across major European marketplaces (including Amazon) and manage strategic partnerships with digital key accounts and distributors. Day‑to‑day ownership of our Amazon 3P business and expansion into additional marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Reporting into the Global Amazon & Marketplace Strategy Consultant, with dotted lines to each in‑country Commercial Lead to develop joint business plans, identify opportunities and drive incremental revenue. Managing our Amazon 3P Accounts: responsible for UK, France, Germany – maintain ASINs, monitor performance, meet Account Health Benchmarks, leverage Amazon merchandising strategies, optimize listings, pricing, promotions. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams (operations, product, marketing, finance) for profitable growth and process optimization. Channel strategy & execution: Own and develop marketplace strategy across Amazon, TikTok, Bol.com, including merchandising, content optimization, and budget/ROI execution. Work with Distributors & Export Team to build playbooks, optimize their Amazon instances, and grow their marketplace business. Conversion optimization: ensure platform algorithm compliance, drive organic performance, implement test‑and‑learn initiatives. Reporting: monitor KPI, forecast, provide actionable insights, and improve continuously. Budget management: advise, track, and collaborate with finance to maintain forecast accuracy and maximize ROI. Requirements Substantial marketplace management experience with a strong focus on European marketplaces. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through digital channels including Amazon. Deep understanding of major European marketplace dynamics, policies, and best practices. Experience managing key account relationships and strategic partnerships. Strong knowledge of European consumer behaviour and regional market nuances. Proficiency with major marketplace platforms and seller tools. Strong analytical skills and experience in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards). Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles. Experience with inventory management systems and CRM platforms. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. Confidence in a multi‑language, international environment and presenting to senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and numeracy. Ideal experience or interest in the health and wellbeing sector. Fluency in English and preferably French or German.
