Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole persons unique strengths and challenges, rather than just the diagnosis. What do you need? Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a similar setting within the UK (essential) Positive attitude to residents and a commitment to provide stimulating, quality activities Ability to work alone as well as a team and be able to form positive relationships with colleagues, residents and families Experience of working with residents who have additional support needs (essential) Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) What hours will you work? Shift times: 09:30am until 18:00pm You will work 5 shifts across a 7 day week. Weekend work is required. 42 hours per week (unpaid breaks) Part-time applicants will be considered What will you be doing?
