Our pubs open early and close late, so we offer great flexibility with shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.Duties IncludeTaking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct specification, whether at the bar or via the customer appDelivering food to customers, ensuring that check‑backs are completed and clearing plates within the required timeframeProviding friendly customer interactions: say "hello", thank customers and build rapportBeing knowledgeable about promotions, events and new productsMaintaining our "clean as you go" standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and carrying out toilet checksWorking in all areas, including glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties as neededProgression and DevelopmentMost Wetherspoon team leaders and managers started in the kitchen or behind the bar.
