You will play a vital role in safeguarding financial accuracy, managing third-party vendor processes, and ensuring prompt and precise reimbursement procedures.Key responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for expense-related enquiries from internal teams, external vendors, and clients.Audit and process expense claims and vendor invoices in line with client-specific policies and financial governance.Coordinate with external service providers to confirm data integrity and reporting accuracy.Provide timely responses to internal and external enquiries, upholding agreed service standards.Manage shared mailboxes and workflow tools with a focus on precision and efficiency.Oversee payment processing, including float and bank reconciliation in line with client timetables.Prepare and issue fee invoices following defined billing schedules.Assist with financial forecasting and cash flow management, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of any variances or funding needs.Escalate issues as needed and work collaboratively with line managers to secure timely resolutions.Requirements and Qualifications:Proven experience in expense management, financial operations, or vendor invoice auditing.Previous exposure to regulated or client-facing environments is desirable.Familiarity with global mobility or relocation services would be advantageous.Experience with finance systems or expense management platforms is preferred.Strong client-service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Interested?
