Birmingham, United Kingdom Soar With Us Full time

Company Overview Hambi Media Ltd is one of the UK's fastest-growing performance creative agencies for e-commerce brands, powered by a team of 40+ A-Players. With over £100M in ad spend behind our creatives on Meta and TikTok, we’ve helped scale brands like Heights, 47 Skin, Surreal, Nutrition Geeks, and Mindful Chef. We’re one of the few D2C creative agencies with design, production, strategy, and UGC all under one roof. In 2025, we were named the #1 independent Meta agency and were recently nominated for Meta's Creative Diversity Award. Now, as we continue to scale rapidly, we’re hiring a Post Production Manager to help manage our growing Post Production team. This role will be a key part of our Performance Creative division, managing and optimising the delivery of high-impact video ads for a range of exciting D2C clients. Role Overview We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Post Production Manager to lead and optimise our post-production process across a growing team of remote editors. You'll ensure every asset that leaves the studio meets our creative, performance, and delivery standards - balancing speed, consistency, and quality. This is a pivotal role for the agency. You'll keep the post‑production team running efficiently day‑to‑day while also supporting the structure and culture that will scale as we grow. You'll manage workflows, priorities, and people with clarity, helping the team stay aligned with creative KPIs, deadlines, and client outcomes. You'll also play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities, from adopting AI‑driven tools to supporting the recruitment and development of new post‑production talent. And as a key part of a creative team built around e-commerce performance, you'll bring a genuine passion for social‑first content - understanding what makes a video stop the scroll, drive conversions, and resonate with online audiences. Responsibilities Manage and assist in optimising the full post‑production workflow from ingest to delivery across all brands and content formats. Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent creative output. Oversee timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules, managing shifting priorities and delayed feedback calmly and efficiently. Provide creative and performance‑based feedback on edits, maintaining high storytelling and visual standards. Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers to align expectations, communicate progress, and manage dependencies. Keep the post‑production team aligned with core creative and delivery KPIs, ensuring content meets both artistic and data‑driven goals. Identify and integrate AI tools to improve editing efficiency, asset management, and version control. Support the growth of the post team, work closely with senior editors, mentor junior editors, and help shape scalable workflows as the agency expands. Lead regular post‑production meetings to review workload, quality, and upcoming priorities. Maintain an organised post‑production archive and clear delivery documentation. Qualifications 3‑5+ years' experience in post‑production (agency, D2C, or social‑first content environment preferred). Experience managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects. Strong grasp of editing workflows and standards, social ad performance metrics, and storytelling for social platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiar with After Effects and emerging AI‑assisted post tools (e.g. Veo, Runway, Adobe Sensei). Exceptional organisational and project management skills; able to juggle competing deadlines with calm and clarity. Excellent communicator, confident in managing expectations across creative, production, and strategy stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, quality‑focused mindset, and passion for improving creative processes. Genuine interest in e‑commerce and social‑first creative – understanding what drives performance, audience engagement, and conversion through video. Attitude & Traits You're an organisational wizard with a creative eye. You'll be able to manage people, projects, and priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. You bring structure to chaos, clarity to communication, and always look for ways to help the team grow. You're excited by how AI and innovation can supercharge post‑production, and you thrive in an environment where creativity meets performance. Benefits Our incredible client base. We work with a wide range of D2C companies, spanning multiple niches and continents. You'll be part of a world‑class team, made up of high‑performing, motivated individuals. 26 days paid holiday per year (public holidays included on top). Extra day to take your birthday off Private health scheme. Ability to quickly progress in a fast‑growing agency. Company pension scheme. Structured training and development. Lots of team building activities. Hybrid working (We have a beautiful office in Oval, Central London). A fun and happiness‑driven culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
