What you'll be doing: Support and maintain the Quality Management System to meet aerospace standards. Analyze quality data and trends, creating reports for key stakeholders. Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to resolve issues. Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product and process quality. What you'll bring: Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5WHY). Understanding of aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements. A technical qualification (apprenticeship, HNC, or degree). Strong communication skills to engage teams at all levels.
