Care Assistant – Routes Healthcare Join us to provide person‑centered care to vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes throughout Blackpool and surrounding areas. Base pay range Location: Blackpool and surrounding areasPay Rate: £13.69 per hour (including holiday pay)Travel: 30 pence per mile Eligibility This role is advertised for female care assistants only under a Genuine Occupational Requirement (Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010). What you’ll be doing Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes Providing personal care with dignity and respect Supporting medication management Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition Working solo or as part of a 2‑person team depending on client needs Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements Travelling between client visits throughout your shift What makes this different We support people who need complex care services for long‑term health conditions, clinically‑led enhanced homecare, and end‑of‑life care, focusing on each individual’s lifestyle and wellbeing. Shift patterns & hours Full‑time and part‑time hours available.Shifts run Monday to Sunday (weekend availability required).Shifts are allocated based on business needs and your availability.Commit to complete the full shift reliably.
