Are you passionate about supporting young people and driving positive behaviour? We are seeking a Pastoral Lead to join our team in Old Trafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role
As Pastoral Lead, you will:
* Take a strategic lead on behaviour management across the setting.
* Manage and develop a team of pastoral staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
* Implement and monitor behaviour policies and interventions.
* Work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff, and external agencies to promote student wellbeing and engagement.
* Analyse behaviour data to inform practice and drive improvement.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in pastoral care and behaviour management.
* Possesses strong leadership and team management skills.
* Is proactive, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for young people.
* Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
