Cloud DevOps Engineer (AWS) Join the AI Enablement Team at Encinos Kapital to architect, deploy, and support cutting‑edge solutions that enhance our AI capabilities across the organization, with a specific focus on GenAI projects. Responsibilities Design and develop ML deployment, monitoring pipelines, and engineering infrastructure to support enterprise machine learning systems at scale. Transform offline models built by data scientists into production-ready machine learning systems. Develop and deploy scalable tools and services to handle machine learning training and inference. Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of client machine learning systems. Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, and observability. Support model development with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security. Facilitate the development and deployment of proof‑of‑concept machine learning systems. Communicate with clients to build requirements and track progress. Qualifications & Skills 5‑8 years of cloud application development/administration with at least 4 years of experience in AWS and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Proven experience building end‑to‑end systems as a Platform Engineer and ML DevOps Engineer on AWS SageMaker and similar tools. Strong hands‑on technical skills in automation (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Shell scripting). Experience with infrastructure configuration, logging, monitoring, and observability. Experience deploying workloads on AWS. Associate certification in AWS Development or Architect (preferred) or related IaC certification. Understanding of AI, ML, and Generative AI domains is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote and multicultural teamwork.
