You will leverage both technical and sales skills to configure and demonstrate features of the Fusion Framework Continuity Risk Management System.You will work with Fusion Account Executives and Account Managers to:Respond to prospect requests for product and services information, price quotes, and product trialsDetermine prospect requirements for product capabilities and Advisory ServicesStructure solutions to address prospect requirementsManage the Fusion Framework demonstration process with representative data and customer use-case featuresSupport development and presentation of proposalsProvide sales training and pre-sales support to the sales team, ensuring knowledge of the Fusion Framework, capabilities, and new featuresCollaborate with the Delivery team to transition customers into implementationKeep Marketing and Product Management informed of evolving market needsKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesKnowledge of related SaaS applications or web technologyKnowledge of The Fusion Framework System preferredExperience with enterprise integration technologies (APIs, Middleware, ETL tools, etc.) preferredStrong communication skills (oral, written, presentation, interpersonal)Ability to translate complex technologies to all user typesSelf-starter with ability to work independently and collaborativelyOwnership of tasks and ability to drive them to completionAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscapeFrench and/or German speaking preferredQualifications (Education And Certifications)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field, preferably with a business focusExperience with Salesforce.com or Force.com preferredExperience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis & Incident Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and other Resilience methodologies and use cases preferredMinimum of 4 years in an enterprise software or services company in a technically focused, customer-facing role; technical sales experience preferredMilestones for the First Six MonthsIn One Month, You WillUnderstand various demo types (BIA, BCP, ITDR, IM/CM, OpRisk, Risk Connectors, TPRM, TPRM Connectors)Demonstrate understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Flows, Permission Sets, Reporting and DashboardsIn Three Months, You WillParticipate in and sometimes lead client and prospect demos of Fusion capabilitiesDemonstrate proficiency with all Fusion Connector seriesDemonstrate effective objection handling techniquesIn Six Months, You WillDemonstrate knowledge of all Fusion capabilities and offeringsDemonstrate storytelling in Fusion salesUnderstand scoping processes and scoping sheetsParticipate in scoping callsRecord scripted demosAssist in trial setup and configurationNote: This job description is not exhaustive and activities may change with or without notice.You must have evidence of the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.Fusion Risk Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
