Room Attendant – Malmaison, BelfastPosition: Room AttendantLocation: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United KingdomSalary: £12.50 per hour (permanent, full-time)About the RoleAs a member of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms are cleaned daily to the highest standards. You will have an eye for detail and maintain high standards to meet guests' expectations of a perfect night’s stay.You will interact with guests, so conversational English is essential, as is the ability to work independently. Your role is a vital part of Malmaison’s service delivery.ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare rooms daily, ensuring cleanliness and presentation meet brand standards.Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment, with full training provided.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.Communicate with guests regarding any issues or requests in a professional manner.Adhere to shift schedules (mostly 9 am‑3 pm; flexible start times between 9 am‑10 am).
