A well establish international firm with an office based in central London require a Senior PA to come on board and support two C-Suite members on a temp basis to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level PA support, including diary, travel both national and international, inbox management for both
Prepare meeting materials, agendas,
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients
Coordinate conferences and events
Get involved with events internally and eternally
Ensure executives are fully briefed and punctual for all meetingsWhat You'll Need:

At least 3 years' experience as an EA/PA, ideally supporting at C-Suite level
Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
Resourceful, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
