Typical Daily Activities Meet with business leaders to understand strategic goals and identify how technology will support growth and efficiency. Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Analyze system requirements and design solutions to enhance data processing and reporting capabilities. Lead project planning and execution for system enhancements, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with business SMEs, product vendors, and internal technology teams to deliver improvements and resolve issues. Support business teams implementing new business onto the system. Run projects to onboard new teams to the system. Guide teams through collaborative problem solving and process improvement initiatives. Assess and mitigate risks related to system operations and data handling. Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective system utilization. Monitor product performance using KPIs and OKRs and gather feedback for continuous optimization. How This Opportunity Is Different Unlike other business analyst positions, this role requires deep expertise in Coverholder business and the end‑to‑end bordereaux process. Candidates can be from either a business or technology background. The role will be collaborating with technology colleagues, business stakeholders, starting with the London team and a vendor team. The role will take ownership of implementing a new capability within Aon, acting as a product evangelist, helping shape the vision and strategy of supporting Coverholder business at Aon. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of business experience and experience with using Agile methodologies. Proven experience in project management and system analysis, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of bordereaux processes and insurance data management. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
