Waking Night Support Worker Location: Cannock Hours: 30 per week Salary: £12.36 per hour Contract: Full Time, Permanent CareTech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care. Key Responsibilities Provide 24‑hour support to residents with complex and challenging behaviours. Maintain accurate records and measure outcomes using the person‑centred outcome‑measuring tool. Deliver person‑centred care and engage with service users throughout the shift. Key Skills / Qualifications Experience in a caring environment preferred. Able to work days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our Service Users. Ability to keep calm under pressure. Confidence to work alone and also be part of a team. Passionate about making a positive difference to someone else’s life. Good written skills. Minimum of 12 months Right to Work in the UK.
