Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term position, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.Key Details:Position: Cover SupervisorLocation: Secondary schools across RedditchSalary: £500 – £750 per week (dependent on experience and assignment)Contract Type: Long-term and day-to-day cover availableKey Stages: KS3 & KS4The Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain on task. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or those with previous classroom experience looking for flexible work.Your key duties will include:Supervising lessons across a variety of subjectsManaging student behaviour in line with school policiesProviding support to students where neededReporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviourWorking closely with teaching teams to support learningThe Candidate:We’re looking for individuals who are:Confident and able to manage classroom behaviour effectivelyAdaptable and comfortable working across different subjectsEnthusiastic, proactive, and reliableExperienced in working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)Able to follow lesson plans and uphold school policiesInterested in education and supporting student developmentThe Schools:You’ll be working within a range of secondary schools across Redditch, each with their own welcoming ethos and supportive staff teams.
