Legal Talent Manager Location: London Length of contract: 18 months About the Opportunity Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Talent Manager to join their HR & Talent team in London. This is a strategic role focused on talent development, retention, and integration, while advising on broader legal talent and practice management initiatives to align with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with firm committees and Chairs to develop and execute talent strategies, facilitate leadership meetings, and enhance communication channels. Contribute to policy development and implementation. Support progression, performance review, and compensation processes, providing guidance to relevant committees. Engage with global and local attorney development programmes to implement initiatives and foster continuous improvement. Build strong relationships across Legal Talent and business services teams, leading collaborative efforts to support strategic initiatives.
