O&M Manager – ib vogt GmbH Company Description Established in 2002, ib vogt GmbH specializes in the development, design, engineering, financing, EPC and operation of solar power plants, offering turnkey solutions to international investors. The company is a manufacturer‑independent integrated developer that focuses on custom solar plant solutions to maximize lifecycle performance and returns. Since 2009, ib vogt has commissioned plants with a capacity of almost 2 GW. With over 840 specialists across more than 40 countries, the company operates internationally from offices in Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Poland, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Panama, India and Southeast Asia. Job Description Overall operation and maintenance of solar energy plants Responsible for selected “own” plants System monitoring to maximise energy production Management of subcontractors, internal personnel, electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections and repairs Troubleshooting and maintenance works Problem solving, data analysis and reporting, yield reporting and documentation Warranty tracking and spare‑parts management Ground maintenance management Taking over systems from the installer and making them operational Guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts Qualifications Experience in renewable energy as an engineer or technician with strong hands‑on mentality 3+ years of Solar PV O&M experience on utility‑scale solar or experience as a Wind Technician Relevant qualification in electrical, mechanical or engineering discipline Certifications for Schneider Electric XC, Huawei, and SunGrowth are a plus High mobility, especially for international travel Proficient in MS Office software Ability to work independently and take responsibility Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation Benefits Truly international working environment with colleagues worldwide An open‑minded, friendly, dynamic, and highly motivated team Interesting and challenging tasks with professional growth and development Encouragement of both teamwork and personal responsibility Excellent opportunities for professional and personal development Competitive remuneration and other exciting benefits At ib vogt, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone can thrive.
