OverviewAre you a strategic commercial leader ready to shape the direction of a thriving infrastructure business? Our client, a well-established contractor with an evolving portfolio across regulated sectors, is seeking a Head of Commercial to work closely with the Managing Director and drive commercial performance across major projects - including a growing footprint in the energy sector.ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial function across multi-disciplinary programmesWork alongside the MD to set direction, drive performance and support business strategyStrengthen commercial processes, governance, risk management and reportingBuild strong client and stakeholder relationships across regulated marketsChampion value creation, innovation and efficiency in programme deliveryAbout youDegree, HND / HNC or equivalent qualificationProfessionally qualified (or equivalent senior-level experience)Significant commercial leadership experience within contracting environmentsProven exposure to energy infrastructure (e.g., National Grid) and / or rail frameworksStrong contractual knowledge and commercial acumen across project lifecyclesExcellent communication, leadership presence and stakeholder engagement skillsIf you're motivated by influencing strategy, shaping delivery outcomes, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership to drive growth - we'd love to speak with you.Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
