Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Sheffield A leading aerospace‑grade metal fabrication site in Sheffield is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to plan, recruit, train, and optimise its growing workforce. This role uses data to improve staffing, shift scheduling, and training programs while supporting production targets and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and onboard production and support staff Plan shifts and workforce models to meet production goals Manage training programs, competency tracking, and certifications Analyse labour and production data to recommend improvements Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Software/Tools HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) Shift planning tools (e.g., Kronos, Deputy) LMS and SharePoint for training & SOPs Excel, Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analysis Requirements 3+ years in manufacturing operations, workforce planning, or training Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Must live locally or relocate at own expense, with UK work eligibility Apply now to join a high‑precision, modern aerospace manufacturing site and make a real impact on production growth.
