Position: FM Contract Manager Location: Liverpool Street, City of London Salary: GBP63,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an FM Contract Manager to join a leading facilities management service provider, overseeing the delivery of hard FM services within a modern commercial office building located close to Liverpool Street Station. This role would suit a proactive and commercially aware professional with strong client-facing and technical management experience. What you’ll do Oversee the delivery of hard FM services, ensuring all agreed KPIs and SLAs are achieved. Lead and manage an on‑site engineering and support team, maintaining high performance and service standards. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing the relationship on a daily basis. Prepare and deliver reports for both client and internal management reviews. Develop operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and service excellence. Identify and manage opportunities to grow contract revenue and enhance client satisfaction. Represent the business at client and stakeholder meetings. What you’ll bring Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering hard services FM contracts. Strong technical and managerial background within a commercial FM environment. Proven experience managing contracts with values exceeding GBP1.5m per annum. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong commercial awareness and experience in business development. Relevant management and technical qualifications (e.g., HNC, IOSH/NEBOSH, IWFM). Why Apply?
