Handover Manager Join to apply for the Handover Manager role at Kier Group Location: Hogsmill, Surrey and Mogden, Twickenham with some working from home available Contract: Permanent, Full Time / Part time Responsibilities Lead the control of handover activities within the project portfolio. Interpret client close‑out procedures and governance processes to ensure effective delivery of takeover. Develop a relationship with the client Asset Integration team and take ownership of Thames Water stage gate timely delivery. Assist with project reporting including collation of Project on a Page and KPIs. Manage accountability of internal and external stakeholders in relation to takeover programme obligations. Ensure that project outputs are communicated and delegated to appropriate design and construction project team members. Support the client in production of TOC project governance, ensuring that all contractually required documentation is progressed for the Project PM. Support the project team in understanding the resources required to achieve takeover. Qualifications Experience in a similar role with knowledge of digital delivery tools (TWEXnet / Viewpoint / Project Wise). Proven people and project management skills. Competent judgement and problem‑solving skills. Experience of Take Over procedures for multi‑disciplinary Capital Delivery projects.
