This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading firm as a Senior Manager within its Global Equity and Rewards team, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clients with implementing and maintaining executive compensation plans, with a strong focus on equity programs. What You'll Do Equity Compensation Expertise: Advise on equity-based compensation programs for executives, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based awards. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor junior team members to support their growth. Platform Proficiency: Utilize equity administration platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Global Program Support: Help clients manage global equity programs, navigate tax law changes, fulfill reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with global regulations. What You Will Need Strong tax technical knowledge of executive equity compensation programs. Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
