Role Overview: The NXT Gen Performance Analyst will support player and team development by leading the capture, coding and analysis of all NXT Gen matches and selected training sessions. Working closely with the NXT Gen Head Coach and players. Provide clear, actionable insights on both our team and opposition to guide preparation, performance feedback and season reviews. The role includes producing pre- and post-match analysis, providing accurate data reporting and ensuring all analysis meets England Netball standards. The analyst will manage their workload efficiently, communicate key messages effectively and contribute to a positive performance environment. Flexibility, strong IT capability and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Lead responsibility for ensuring all NXT Gen matches and selected training sessions are captured. Responsible for ensuring that all training and matches are coded accurately as per league and club guidelines. Undertake pre-match and post-match analysis on own team(s) and opposition in conjunction with coaches. Deliver key insights and messages to coaches, staff and players in a concise manner to positively impact upon performance. Provide data reporting and input into mid- and end-season reviews. Adhere to England Netball requirements and standards of analysis capture. Undertake all other reasonable duties as directed by the NXT Gen Head Coach. Skills, Experience and Knowledge: UG in PA / Sport Science or related field. Previous experience of working in netball. 1+ years of working in performance analysis. Experience using Hudl suite of products. Flexibility in working times and availability at all NXT Gen matches. Working to deadlines and under pressure. People first approach. Strong IT skills, literate with analysis products and Microsoft suite. Able to lead own time and plan appropriately.
