Overview A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber to join a healthcare service based in Lancashire. The position offers flexibility with a three day working week and an immediate start. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a secure environment; therefore, current prison clearance is essential. Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a secure setting. Conduct medication reviews and ensure appropriate prescribing practices. Support the multidisciplinary team with expert pharmaceutical advice. Prescribe in line with national and local guidelines. Requirements Qualified Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC registered). Must hold valid prison clearance. Experience in SMS prescribing is highly advantageous. Ability to work independently with a strong clinical focus.
