Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The purpose of the Electrical Engineer is to provide reactive and planned preventative maintenance for building engineering systems and services. Key Responsibilities Maintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems and perform PPM routines. Repair and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures. Perform EICR Testing. Ensure compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations. Liaise with helpdesk for task responses. Maintain site logbooks, compliance certification, and produce reports. Participate in emergency call‑out services. Conduct Emergency Lighting Testing and Light Fitting Replacement, including Safe Isolation. Essential Qualifications City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation. City and Guilds Level 3 certificate in the requirements for electrical installations BS 7671 (18th Edition). City & Guilds 2391 inspection & testing. Valid Driver’s Licence (No more than 6 points). Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check. IPAF & Pasma (Desirable but not essential).
