The Position – Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in East London. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) and have experience working across the primary age range. You will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, lead small group interventions, and help pupils reach their full potential. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach are essential. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.

The School – Level 3 Teaching Assistant

The school is a two form entry school in Tower Hamlets that has been rated as “Good” by Ofsted. The school is a mixed community.
