Flexible benefitsDate posted: 08/12/2025This role will require you to work weekends and shifts at times and so flexibility is needed.Our Future Leaders Graduate SchemeWhether you’re transitioning from education or want to develop your leadership skills, our graduate scheme is designed to help you accelerate your career and make a real difference in Wales.What will my responsibilities be?The Operations Graduate will contribute to the best service for our customers by supporting the delivery of our timetable promise, optimising capacity to meet their needs and providing the best possible experience.Are there any essential requirements?A degree/Apprenticeship degree in a subject such a Business/Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or other re levant area.Experience of utilising time management and prioritisation skills to effectively achieve goals/objectives.Understanding of the importance of health and safety in the context of the transportation sector.Ability to communicate effectively with a range of both internal and external stakeholders at different organisational levels.Demonstrated alignment to our core graduate attributes and values, which can be found below.Please include all your relevant qualifications, particularly those listed in the essential and desirable criteria for the role.
