The Financial Health squad focuses on supporting customers in financial difficulty. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the team.What you’ll be working onAs a Senior Data Analyst you will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Scientists in an agile product environment. You’ll champion the use of data and bring ideas to life through a rigorous analytical approach. Your work will focus on improving the support we offer to customers in financial difficulty, ensuring our operational processes are well controlled and that we meet regulatory requirements.Generate insights that can drive the direction of our Financial Health strategy through proactive analysisBring data‑driven rigor to our approach to product development and build a strategic understanding of the business while structuring complex projects to bring them to lifeWork and advise on Financial Health’s global expansion strategyDevelop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports and metrics that assess business and customer outcomes within Financial HealthEnsure accurate reporting to third parties and regulatorsBuild and maintain controls to ensure our business processes are running as intendedLead projects to improve the accuracy, efficiency and accessibility of our dataTools and TechnologiesOur data platform runs on powerful, real‑time analytics and empowers the wider business.
