Role Our estimator manages tender enquiries, liaising with clients to clarify project requirements while conducting scope reviews and quantity take-offs to assess materials and labour needs. They ensure accurate pricing by analysing costs, supplier quotes, and market conditions to prepare competitive bids. Key Responsibilities Manage In Bound Enquiries and Customer Relations Scope Review & Quantity Take Off Supplier Quote Request Estimating and Pricing Tenders Follow-up and Review Handover & Prestart of Secured Projects Skills & Experience Experience in using take off software (Bluebeam or CAD) Strong understanding of tendering processes and client communication Proficiency in scope review, quantity take-offs, and pricing Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details. Strong negotiation and supplier liaison skills Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines Proven experience in estimating, tendering, or quantity surveying Background in construction, civil engineering, or related fields Knowledge of cost structures, procurement, and market rates Construction experience in soft landscaping/fencing & Hard landscaping MUST have experience working in groundworks estimating About You We’ve created an environment where everyone can thrive and share in our successes.
