Our client is a respected name in the property industry and is looking to welcome a motivated and customer-focused Trainee Sales Advisor to their growing team. A background in sales is beneficial but not essential—the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn are what truly matter. Role Responsibilities Greet, engage, and support customers visiting the sales office or show homes Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through the purchasing journey Provide accurate information on property specifications, availability, pricing, and buying options Maintain show homes and sales areas to a high standard Assist with administrative tasks, including paperwork and system updates Work closely with the site and sales teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process What We’re Looking For A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude Strong communication skills and confidence with the public Willingness to learn and develop within a structured training environment Sales experience is advantageous but not required Ability to work weekends as part of the weekly rota Must have a full driving licence and access to a car What’s in It for You?
