HGV Class 1 Drivers

We are looking for reliable and professional HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers to join our client's team on a permanent basis in Warrington .Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.You'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across the UK, ensuring compliance with all road transport legislation and company policies.The rate of pay is £43,000 per annum (Includes basic pay, shift enhancements, bonuses, and overtime).We can't promise but they will assess new pass Drivers This role offers various shifts and flexible shift patterns:- Monday to Friday- Sunday to Thursday- Tuesday to Saturday With the start windows:- 1pm- 4pm- 4pm- 7pm- 7pm- 10pm Your Time at Work As an HGV Class 1 Driver you will be working on trunking and box work, operating well-maintained vehicles to complete timed deliveries and collections across our national network.Your Responsibilities:- Operating a Class 1 vehicle safely, legally, and efficiently- Completing all deliveries and collections to schedule and standard- Conducting daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly- Following company procedures and ensure full compliance with EU Drivers' Hours and Working Our Perfect Worker Requirements:- Experience in a similar role is required- Valid CE (Class 1) licence- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card- Strong understanding of EU Drivers' Hours and WTD legislation- No more than 6 points on licence (no TT, DD, or DR codes)- Professional, safety-first mindset and excellent communication skills- We can't promise but they will assess new pass Drivers Key Information and Benefits- Typical annual earnings of £43,000 (Includes basic pay, shift enhancements, bonuses, and overtime)- Flexible shift patterns available- Start windows: 13:00-16:00 | 16:00-19:00 | 19:00-22:00- 30 days' holiday (including bank holidays)- Monthly pay with company pension scheme- Modern, clean, and reliable fleet- Overtime available and opportunities for progression- Free car parking on site- Uniform provided- PPE provided- Full training provided Job Ref: 1KIN About Staffline Staffline is the UK's leading provider of flexible, temporary and permanent workforce solutions, enabling over 28,000 people into good work every day.We operate at more than 350 customer sites across England, Scotland and Wales.Please note that our job adverts are correct at the time of publication, but some details and job responsibilities are subject to change. xsabvtc This job advert may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, by third-party websites, without prior written consent from Staffline.
