Base pay rangeOverviewWe are looking for a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of Open Programmes and ensure they meet institutional goals. You will lead a team of Senior Programme Managers, manage resources and budgets, and work with stakeholders across the organisation to maintain high-quality, timely, and compliant programme delivery. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and implement new systems to enhance operational efficiency and participant experience. Our client is a leading international centre for business education, research, and executive development, based within a world-renowned university and connecting students, faculty, and professionals to address real-world business challenges.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the delivery strategy in line with Open Programmes and institutional goalsEstablish and monitor KPIs for participant experience, quality, cost, and riskRepresent the delivery function in leadership planning and strategic workstreamsManage and support Senior Programme Managers, including setting goals, providing guidance, and supporting professional developmentMaintain accountability for timely, high-quality delivery across all Open ProgrammesOversee resource planning, supplier management, and delivery schedulingSkills and experienceSignificant experience leading complex programmes or service delivery teamsExperience managing team performance and supporting team developmentStrong operational skills, with the ability to improve efficiency, quality, and processesExperience working across multiple stakeholders, including faculty, clients, and executive leadershipExperience with CRM systems and operational toolsUnderstanding of hybrid and online learning operationsFamiliarity with AI tools, automation, or scheduling technologies in operational environmentsSalary and benefitsA salary in the region of £40,000 – 60,000, bonus and generous benefits package including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays is offered.Referral Scheme - Telfer Partners offer a referral reward if we fill this vacancy with someone you recommend.
