We’re building a more open world. Join us. Creative Content Manager We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we’ve built in functional expertise. The TEaL Content Team delivers scalable, always‑on creative assets that enable best‑in‑class CRM and customer communications across the organization. As Creative Content Manager, you will sit at the intersection of visual design, digital asset management, and campaign execution—ensuring our brands are visually compelling, modular, and always ready for market needs. In this role, you will Design, curate, and manage a scalable bank of creative assets including images, visual modules, and UI elements optimized for CRM/email environments Collaborate with in‑house design and Product UX teams to ensure creative assets fit seamlessly into modular campaign structures and render correctly across formats, devices, and Salesforce templates Maintain a visual asset library refreshed per season and per brand to keep campaigns brand‑right and up to date Tag, categorize, and version all creative assets within the Content Library for easy search, retrieval, and reuse while supporting taxonomy and metadata standards aligned with strategic guidelines Manage end‑to‑end creative production and intake workflow ensuring timely delivery of assets in sync with content and campaign calendars Support handoffs, stakeholder reviews, and brand approvals following established SLAs and governance protocols Partner with Content Strategy and Production teams to deliver creative solutions that are visually effective, brand‑compliant, and campaign‑ready Engage with Product and UX to ensure assets align with customer journeys and technology requirements such as dynamic modules and interactive elements Identify opportunities to leverage new creative approaches, formats, or tools including dynamic content, animation, and AI-driven visuals for improved campaign performance Own seasonal and quarterly reviews and refresh cycles of creative assets to ensure visual relevance and consistency across all brands and journeys Lead or participate in regular content audits and implement feedback to optimize visual asset quality and usability Experience and Qualifications Minimum 7+ years’ experience in graphic design, digital asset management, or creative content production for marketing or CRM environments Advanced skill in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma plus working knowledge of asset management systems and content libraries Excellent portfolio showcasing visually compelling, modular, and brand‑right digital assets for email, web, and mobile channels Proven experience collaborating closely with design, UX, and cross‑functional marketing teams Strong organizational skills including experience managing asset libraries, tagging systems, and version control Detail‑oriented problem solver with strong multi‑project management abilities and agility to prioritize deliverables in a fast‑moving environment Demonstrated ability to balance creative innovation with brand and compliance standards Experience working with CRM platforms especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable presenting creative solutions and process improvements Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
