Job Description Location: Richmond Villages Aston, Richmond Drive, Off Maple Drive, DE72 2EA Responsibilities & Requirements Team Player: Collaboration with the Head of Domiciliary Care and other team members is crucial. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly. Communication Skills: Effective and polite communication with residents' families, friends and other healthcare professionals. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion. CQC Regulations: Knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards is required. IT Literacy: Comfort with using technology and software. DBS check: Complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process (cost covered by Bupa: £40).
