Marketing Specialist Location: Remote • Working hours: Monday to Friday Full time hours • Capacity: Permanent position • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum Our client is looking to add to their marketing division. Candidates should have working experience in a similar role. Responsibilities Develop compelling creative drafts and concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across all media types. Translate complex construction and manufacturing techniques into clear, engaging visual and video narratives. Stay current with design trends, marketing technologies, and AI-driven creative tools to ensure output is innovative and competitive. Design and produce a wide range of visual assets for digital platforms (website, social media, email, digital ads) and print (brochures, signage, trade show materials). Edit, animate, and produce high-quality marketing videos (case studies, product explainers, social media clips, internal communications). Utilise rendering tools (3D software) to create realistic product visualisations and manufacturing process demonstrations, often integrating these into video projects. Execute high-quality graphic design and motion graphics across all materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact. Effectively integrate and utilise various AI tools for rapid prototyping, image generation, content variation, and design/video enhancement. Qualifications Working experience using Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Proven experience in a creative, graphic design, or video production role, preferably within the construction, architecture, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. Strong portfolio showcasing creative drafts, concept design, video production, and final production work. Understanding of video production workflows, from storyboarding to final output/delivery. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual and video storytelling.
