Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator based in Grays. Key responsibilities include managing property lettings, liaising with landlords and tenants, negotiating rental agreements, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The individual will assist in managing properties, support existing customer relations, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Thorough understanding of Landlord/Tenant Matters and experience in Property Management Valuing ability Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience as Estate Agents or in a similar field Excellent Communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients Strong background in Customer Service with the ability to provide a high standard of client support Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment Professional certifications in property or lettings management are a plus Proficiency in using property management software is beneficial Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
