Purpose of the Role To provide administrative support to the wider team and IFAs while undertaking a structured apprenticeship program. The Role Offers Hands‑on experience in financial operations Learning how to manage the IT systems including the CRM database Compliance and reporting experience via multiple platforms Alongside formal training leading to a recognised qualification Benefits Full‑time, fixed‑term contract and support to complete your apprenticeship Career and progression planning Structured apprenticeship programme leading to a recognised qualification Ring‑fenced time on a weekly basis to work towards SVQ qualification Mentorship and on‑the‑job training Opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional finance environment You will learn how to work in a busy office environment, working both alone and with others. You will learn how to use our bespoke databases and IT systems. You will learn how to manage your tasks and workload and how to be a team player in the office.
