Are you a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) seeking a fresh challenge in Psychiatric Liaison Services? We have an exciting opportunity for a clinician to join our dynamic and supportive team at Yeovil District Hospital. This role offers a unique chance to work alongside experienced Psychiatric Liaison professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations and developing specialist skills in acute mental health care. You'll be supported through the Trust's preceptorship programme (if applicable), and our internal PLT development pathway, which includes allocated training days and a clear route to Band 6 progression. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team bridging the gap between physical and mental health, assessing patients who present to hospital with complex needs and helping to shape their onward care plans.
