Senior Process Engineer

Currently recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop innovative process solutions while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, cost, and time standards. This role involves managing complex engineering projects and providing expert guidance and support to junior engineers.Frequent collaboration with other engineering disciplines and clients is expected, and occasional travel to client sites may be required.Main Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of process engineering solutionsReview and approve design deliverables such as drawings, reports, and calculationsContribute to economic and efficient design processesMentor and develop the skills of junior engineers while overseeing their workProvide technical advice and troubleshooting expertiseInitiate and participate in continuous improvement processes and methodologiesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policiesMinimum Requirements:BEng (Hons) minimum, MEng (Hons) preferredProfessional membership status (e.g., Associate Member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers) is desirableAt least 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering rolesProven ability to manage complex engineering projects and provide leadershipExperience with various process plants and stages of their lifecycleStrong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and cross-functional teamsPractical knowledge of regulatory frameworks and safety standardsAbility to present complex engineering concepts clearly to stakeholdersBenefits:Competitive SalaryPrivate Medical Insurance at Single, Partner and Family levelsNon Contributory Pension Scheme25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing by 1 day per year of service up to a cap of 30 #J-18808-Ljbffr
