Job Overview We are looking for an individual to work closely with the Head of School and all team members to provide high‑quality, flexible administrative support within a team of school administrators. The successful applicant will also support other schools on the campus on an ad‑hoc basis. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of School and school administrators to coordinate administrative tasks. Provide ad‑hoc support to other schools across the campus. Maintain schedules, communications and documentation as required. Use Welsh at a basic level or be willing to undertake training. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Basic proficiency in Welsh or willingness to undergo Welsh language training. Successful candidates must obtain an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service and register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) if required; payment for these checks will be the applicant’s responsibility.
