Be part of a company that invests heavily in apprenticeships, futures and ongoing learning and development.Project Manager - Special Risks Team - The RoleAs the Project Manager within the Special Risks team you will be responsible for managing a selection of projects across the UK.ResponsibilitiesSite surveysProcurement of labour, equipment and fabricationLiaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and site managers/supervisorsIn partnership with your Operations Manager and Director, be responsible for cost control of contracts/projectsKeep records of installation progress and monitor against program of rewardsKeep up‑to‑date site records, including diary of all site operatives working on your projectsMaintain compliance on site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessmentsAssist with testing and commissioningEssential Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 10 years experience as Project Manager of commercial sprinkler installationsCSCS cardStrong procurement and cost control skillsBackground in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet riser systems and dry riser systemsStrong understanding of Microsoft Office and similar project management softwareUnderstanding of Sprinkler related standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules & BS9990DesirableLPCB Design qualification(s)SSSTS or SMSTSA can‑do hands‑on attitudeExcellent customer service skills, with a friendly approachExcellent verbal communication skillsAbility to multitaskWillingness to learn and developReliabilityWhat We Offer25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompetitive salaryCompany PensionLife InsuranceBike to Work Scheme #J-18808-Ljbffr
