This on-site role involves daily tasks such as liaising with clients, arranging property viewings, advising potential tenants, negotiating tenancy agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. You will also be responsible for promoting properties and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to during the lettings process.
