OverviewNorth Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Marketing and Digital Engagement Officer to join an exciting new project - Cultural Futures. Cultural Futures is a National Lottery Heritage Funded programme which aims to increase access and visibility of arts, heritage and cultural activity across North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will play a significant role in helping to effectively communicate these ambitions.Cultural Futures and role contextWorking collaboratively with the Cultural Futures Manager and a newly formed Cultural Assembly of local cultural stakeholders, you will be responsible for promoting North Lincolnshire's cultural offer through digital and print engagement, commissioning innovative content to highlight our rich cultural heritage and provide sector support to align independent marketing.ResponsibilitiesPromote North Lincolnshire's cultural offer through digital and print engagement.Commission innovative content to highlight our rich cultural heritage.Provide sector support to align independent marketing.Work collaboratively with the Cultural Futures Manager and the Cultural Assembly of local cultural stakeholders.Qualifications and experienceCandidates are required to have a degree or equivalent experience (IT, Marketing, Journalism/English, Publishing, History/Arts).Experience delivering marketing campaigns, ideally within the cultural sector.Excellent knowledge and high competency in IT skills including internet, social media, website and blogs.Application and legal informationPlease refer to the attached job description and employee specification when completing your application to demonstrate you meet the essential criteria for the role.Candidates must be able to evidence their right to work in the UK.
