You will understand client workflows, contribute to the data roadmap, and solve complex data challenges to drive commercial success. **Main Responsibilities*** Together with Data, Product and Research agree the best approach to deliver our data roadmap and vision* Influence and engage with the corporate team and wider stakeholders* The ability to problem-solve data and technical data related issues* Lead data transformation projects and deliver new datasets efficiently* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality data and robust workflows* Provide governance, definitions, and conceptual models for the Lens Data Model* Define and maintain data standards for cleansing, completeness, and accuracy across corporate dataset* Pilot and implement AI/ML solutions for data cleansing, validation, and anomaly detection* Explore predictive analytics to anticipate data quality issues and client needs* Document processes to enable migration from legacy systems* Foster agile, collaborative culture across data domains and business units **About You*** Experienced in engaging diverse stakeholders to understand data needs* Excellent communicator who can influence across teams and leadership levels* Strong relationship builder with internal teams and external clients* Interest in the natural energies industry with commercial acumen* Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions**Equal Opportunities**We are an equal opportunities employer.
