SEND Teaching Assistant Community-Focused School in Wantage Join a vibrant and aspirational primary school in Wantage with a rich history and strong ties to the local community. You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young learners and celebrating their individual achievements. This is a long-term role. Pay: £88.92 - £110 a day (dependent on experience) The Candidate will need: Experience working with children with SEND Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs Assisting in classroom activities and interventions Encouraging independence and confidence in learners Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff Monarch Education are proud to be a leading recruitment specialist in the Education industry.
